Audit and Assurance Services

The Audit and Assurance practice provides audit and assurance services within the applicable regulatory framework under various statutes, carrying out Statutory and Tax Audits to ensure that financial statements present a true and fair view of financial positions and operational results in accordance with the guidelines issued by the regulator.

Statutory Audit

Carrying out audit of companies in accordance with the provisions of Indian Companies Act and other applicable statutes and in compliance with the Standard Auditing practices, Accounting Standards issued by the Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICAI) and Ministry of Corporate Affairs.

Internal Audit
